We had a great experience with Cody. After discovering a raccoon in our shed with babies, I gave Cody a call. He came out the same day and caught the babies. He left a trap for the mom, which was successful and he was back out in the morning to collect her. He was very professional, quick, effective, and respectful. Our backyard (and a portion of the front yard) was beginning to look like the London Underground for moles. Cody stopped by, set traps, and flags, and before long had things under control for us. We had a skunk trapped in a window well. Cody was out in a matter of hours and was able to quickly and efficiently remove the skunk (without having it spray!) He also made a point to walk around the outside of our house with us to point out items we should keep an eye on as possible entry points or living areas for wildlife and just general education. We noticed a squirrel problem in our attic and soffits. Cody came out and did an inspection and consultation that was very thorough, professional, and informative. Traps were set and two squirrels were caught in two days. The third squirrel was a little harder to trap, but Cody was diligent and successful! The forth was retrieved by him dead in the attic. During the initial inspection, a recommendation was made, but not “pushed”, to install pest guards over the two power ventilation fans on the roof. After the successful squirrel removals, he installed XclusionPro attic power vent pest guards on two vents, which most likely was the entry point of the squirrels. We highly recommend Taylor Wildlife Removal and would certainly use their services again.

A huge thank you to Cody and Taylor Wildlife. We’ve had issues with a growing family of groundhogs the last couple years. They made their home under our shed, dug under our deck and dug under the fence around our garden and destroyed most of that. Cody came out on a Tuesday morning, explained the whole process and payment. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I have to admit I was skeptical at first but six hours after he left we caught the first groundhog. A little over an hour later Cody was back out to retrieve the catch and set a new trap. By Thursday we had caught a total of three groundhogs, and a possum to boot…lol. He told me he would have them gone in a week, it took three days.

Taylor Wildlife Removal did a fantastic job on taking care of our animal issues. Cody responded very quickly to our initial request and was out the very next day to set his trap. His communication was outstanding. He then explained what needed to be done to stop the problem from happening again. What a pleasure to deal with a company that actually has personalized customer service and results! We will definitely use them again!

Had a couple of raccoons get in the walls after tearing off a piece of the soffit. Taylor wildlife was able to get out to me within a couple days, with a reasonable rate. Cody came out and walked around the house with me, explaining what he was seeing, and what his approach would be. Communication was very easy and clear, when a trap was full he came to collect it and reset the same day. Within a couple of weeks the raccoons are no longer a problem.
